30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase or order number

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used mouth guards
  • Personal care products that have been worn or tested
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will make it right.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item was received

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
